Domestic shipping policy

Same day dispatch
At Green Choice, we understand the importance of timely deliveries. That's why we're committed to offering a Same Day Dispatch for our customers.
- Orders placed before 3:30pm from Monday to Friday are eligible for same day dispatch
- This policy excludes public holidays and anniversary dates
- Any orders placed after 3:30pm or during weekends will be dispatched on the next working day
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Damages
Green Choice is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
